MEET THE TEAM
Owner & Founder
Mary founded San Luis Traditions in 1989, the first boutique furniture store in San Luis Obispo. After having grown up in the design field in Los Angeles, and founding a lifestyle store in Palo Alto; Mary saw a need to provide major brands and quality home decorating resources to the Central Coast. Always listening to the needs of the Central Coast and San Joaquin Valley’s residents, Mary continues to act as a visionary leader in the home furnishings industry.
Designer & Marketing
Allegra Marquardt joined Traditions as a Designer in 2011. She coordinates the work of the design team and numerous specialists, as well as manages the communication with the client, and all of the Marketing & Communications. Allegra ensures success by minimizing risk throughout the duration of the project. From the beginning steps of the project, when measuring windows and space planning, until the final steps, including delivery and installation.
Jennifer Greene joined Traditions as a Design Assistant in 2014. Jennifer brings a new dimension to the design services offered by Traditions, specializing in kitchen, bathroom and laundry room remodels. Having apprenticed in Beverly Hills and Westlake Village, Jennifer welcomes bringing her skills to the Central Coast.
